St Lucia was pillaged many times by many countries, but served as an outpost of war for many years. The British and the French went to war over this island at least 14 times, earning it its name “Helen of the West Indies”.

What would be your guess if i asked you to estimate how many people lived on the small island of Jamaica, i bet you get it wrong. There are many more people living here than you think i bet? I doubt that you were very close, the number you are trying to find is somewhere in the region of 3 million!

Cuba, the state stuck in the 60’s, well I want to shed something more interesting on this place for you. Cuba is the country that can quite easily hold up its hands and say that it is the most culturally diverse in the Caribbean, which is interesting especially when you think about the strong regime in control!

Grenada has a lot of natural beauty, much like the island of St Lucia, and it has tried to use this to it’s advantage to exploit tourism. However Grenada has another name like Zanzibar, it is known as the Spice isle. It is a leading producer of many different spices, like; Cinnamon, cloves, ginger and Nutmeg.

Bermuda may be the place where planes and boats are rumored to go missing, but lets not talk about this. Everyone assumes that Bermuda is one island when in actual fact they couldn’t be more wrong, this “area” actually consists of 138 small islands and 1 main land.

So what do you think, inspired to try Caribbean holidays, with new knowledge you could try St Lucia holidays or Cuba holidays!

Christmas holidays in the Caribbean! Oct 14

Have you been debating where to go for Christmas this year? Well two holidays have really been standing out, and it looks as though they will be the most popular this year. Most people believe that Skiing holidays are the most popular over Christmas; however this isn’t quite as popular as you think it will be. Skiing holidays are not just Christmas holidays; they don’t all happen around the winter time. Skiing can now even take place mid summer, some places in the world have the ability to keep the snow on the ground.

Remember that we are talking about luxury Christmas holidays as well. Although Skiing holidays are considered to be quite luxurious, they pale in comparison to these two. What’s strange for Christmas time is that these two holidays are in the Caribbean, one of the hottest locations in the world.

St Lucia holidays are on the rise this Christmas, and so much so that flights have almost been completely consumed already. luxury Christmas holidays are the best option to look for now, they offer some of the best possible holiday packages. There are some great offers available to everyone searching for the right packages. St Lucia has warm and very comfortable weather, all year round this place is perfect.

Barbados holidays provide anyone visiting this Christmas with a vibrant and exciting Christmas holiday. Barbados is definitely for the people who enjoy a good time out, enjoying the social life. One that will last through all hours of the night and for those that like to party all night long. The locals are great at keeping people entertained, and if you head out at the night time, you will enjoy a vast array of night clubs and bars. Christmas is a time of celebration in Barbados, and a massive one at that, parties and late nights all around. The discounts to Barbados are amazing, with package luxury holidays starting at around £999.

This summer you should embark on a Luxury Holiday, prices are falling! Aug 03

Why not fly first or business class and parade around the world. Is it possible to find holidays better than the luxury holidays? We all have dreamed of going on luxury holidays, but are these now available to the rest of us? The big company names are even bringing these popular luxury holiday prices down to try and entice more travellers.

Caribbean holidays have been fantasy destinations for many of us, but most of the time they are just out of reach. It will be more accommodating for the average person to afford these new costs. Going first class has never been cheap, but these prices have dropped as well. If you want to go to the Caribbean and go on Tobago holidays you will find that prices have even fallen to about six hundred pounds in some places. The price of All inclusive holidays have come down as well. The cost of the entire holiday will then be displayed for us and all we need to worry about is spending money.

However holidays abroad, and especially luxury ones are still a little expensive. Especially when you compare holidays overseas to holidays in your own country. In some cases you can just go down to the local coat and enjoy a beach holiday over the weekend just for the price of petrol or train costs. It doesn’t seem to make much sense to embark on a luxury vacation if you just have a beach down the road.

What you need to do is decide a couple of months before you plan your holiday if you can save up a little extra cash, if you are going to go on luxury holidays, now is the time to do it. The Prices are down so it wont take that long to save up for the finances. So go ahead and save a little cash for you’re very own relaxing luxury holiday.
